The Jalapeño Cheddar Sausage from our establishment is a blend of coarse-ground premium pork and beef encased in a natural pork casing. Crafted daily in-house using real cheddar cheese and fresh jalapeños, our product stands apart from the market norm that relies on canned or frozen peppers. Our expert sausage makers hand-select the fresh jalapeños, ensuring a flavorful sausage that truly captures the essence of Texas.

With each order, you'll receive 6 packages, each containing 4 links, for a total of 24 sausages. Our smoked sausages can be stored in the freezer for up to 1 year and should be consumed within 30 days of defrosting. This package is designed to serve 10-12 people.

All of our meats are fully cooked and vacuum-sealed to preserve their peak flavor and moisture. Although each box is carefully packed with ice packs and picked up for immediate shipment, it is normal for the meat and ice packs to partially or fully thaw during transit.

To enjoy, simply heat the smoked sausage to an internal temperature of 165°F. When the natural juices of the sausage break through the casing, it's a clear sign that the sausage is ready to be savored.
